105 Calorie Frozen Peanut Butter & Cool Whip S'mores



I have been trying to watch my calorie intake lately. I have never really done that before, it's hard work! You guys know I have a serious sweet tooth, so there was no way I was about to give up desserts.

This bad boy has about 105 calories per sandwich! It's every bit worth it too, they are delicious!

You will need:
Chocolate Graham Crackers
Peanut Butter (I use the creamy kind)
Fat Free Cool Whip

You can either eyeball it and put however much you want, or, if you want the 105 calorie version these are the amounts I use:

1 Chocolate Graham Cracker sheet, broken in half
2 Teaspoons Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Fat Free Cool Whip 

I don't thaw the the Cool Whip first because it makes it easier to work with if it's still frozen. After you have the sandwich made, throw it in the freezer for 45 minutes to an hour and it should be fully frozen and ready to eat!

  1. Yum!! Looks delish. I am a big fan of reduced fat ice cream. Dryers Grand Light or Breyer's makes one too. So proud of you for coming up with a low cal treat!!

  3. Yum yum! Pretty sure I mentioned on instagram that a little Nutella is pretty amazing too- but that ups the calories...haha!!! <3
