Peanut Butter Pie

I have been on a peanut butter kick lately. What's new?
All of the peanut butter-y desserts we have made have been delicious, and this is no exception.

Garrett and I both loved this pie, and he's not even a peanut butter fan!

It's light and airy, cool and refreshing, and has a great peanut butter flavor.
YUM.

We both thought it tasted like Reese's peanut butter. Tempted now? : )

What you need:

Crust:

1 1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 Tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Butter

Filling:

1 8oz. Package Cream Cheese
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 12oz. Container of Frozen Whipped Cream, Thawed

What to do:

Crust:

Preheat oven to 350.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt peanut butter and butter until melted completely.
Add graham cracker crumbs and mix until well combined.
Press into bottom of 9 inch pie plate.
 Bake for 10 minutes.

*The crust will remain crumbly even after baked.

Filling:

Stir together cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until well mixed.
Fold in thawed whipped cream.
 Sprinkle with crumbs for garnish.
Pour into prepared pie crust and refrigerate atleast 2 hours before serving.
ENJOY!
