My Favorite Dessert: Cake Stuff

So, this dessert is the best dessert ever.
And guess what?
It has NO chocolate and NO peanut butter.
Can you even believe that? Especially coming from me?

The only problem is, I have no idea what they are called. I've seem them called Neiman Marcus bars and Gooey Butter Cake and Chess Squares. None of those names stuck in my head, so Garrett and I decided Cake Stuff was what they would be called in our household. As in, "Honey do you want a piece of that Cake Stuff?"

Regardless of their name, or lack thereof, can I just say again how delicious these are? You HAVE to try them!

What you need:

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
3 Eggs
8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 Cup Butter, Melted
4 Cups (1Lb.) Powdered Sugar

What to do:

Preheat oven to 300 and spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.

Mix cake mix, melted butter, and one egg to form a dough. Press evenly into the bottom of the pan.

Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and remaining two eggs until smooth. Pour on top of crust.

Bake at 300 for 40 to 50 minutes until top is golden brown.

I hope everyone has a great weekend!
This post made me crave some Cake Stuff, I think I'll go have a piece! : )
