My sleep schedule is officially messed up.
The past three nights we have gone to bed around 2:30am and I have slept for 30 minutes, and woke up around 3am wide awake. Yesterday I decided instead of laying in bed waiting for sleep that wasn't going to come, I would get up and go take pictures of the snow.
So, at 7am I was shin deep in snow, walking around looking like a crazy person taking pictures.
The good thing about being up so early?
McDonald's breakfast!

I love living in a winter wonderland! However, I am scared to death to drive on snowy/icy roads.
And we are out of milk which means no snow ice cream OR hot chocolate.
Bummer.
Do you like snow or do you prefer warmer weather?
The snow is beautiful! But, I don't like the cold. I am definitely someone who wants to view the winter wonderland from indoors. I'm very grateful it doesn't snow where I live!

I love cold weather but I'm like you, I haaaate driving in it. Getting out in it at all, for that matter. It's just pretty to look at!

SNOW!!!!!!! I love it! I wish I had been there. I LOVE snow. We don't get as much here in Kentucky as I would like. Lovely photos.
ReplyDeleteI've never lived in snow and I'm cold all the time even here where the weather is warm so I think I'd have a hard time with it. It's definitely beautiful. Hope you get your sleep schedule fixed. When I can't sleep I rarely want to get up because I hope that somehow laying there is "rest" which will help me through a long day on no sleep. It doesn't but oh well.

ReplyDeleteI prefer colder weather over warmer weather because I always feel that I can get warm when I'm cold but when It's hot, it's very hard to get cooled.
