You know when you have something you want to write about but other things keep coming up and it gets pushed back? Well, that's what this post is.
For our 2 year anniversary {back in July!}, Garrett surprised me with these 2 canvases that he secretly had been working on. They have been hanging in our bedroom ever since and every time I see them I think, " I need to share these on my blog because they are awesome!", and then I forget. So today's the day.
One day we were just hanging out at the apartment and Garrett asked me to come over to where he was sitting at his computer and to say, "I love you" into the microphone on the laptop. Of course I thought it was weird but I did it anyway. Then I did it again because the first time wasn't good enough. {You know that feeling when you hear a recorded version of your voice and that can't possibly be what your voice actually sounds like! Do I really sound that hick!?"}
Little did I know he was designing these!
He used the recordings of us each saying, "I love you", and used the sound waves to create this image. Basically, this is a picture of what each of us saying, "I love you", sounds like!
I am so thankful to have such a creative and sweet husband!
I love them and I love you babe!
